As a drill instructor for a dozen or so years I led the Army Daily Dozen so many times that I would lead it in my sleep. That was 30 years ago and the old brain is starting to fail. If there are any old NCOs from the 1959-1965 time frame that still have keen memories, can you help me identify the missinig links in the "daily dozen"?
I remember High Jumper, Bend and Reach, Squat Bender, Rowing Exercise, Squat Thrust, 4 Count Push Up, Side Bender, Rowing Exercise, Knee Bender, Truck Twister, Stationary Run, and 8 Count Push Up. 2 alternate exercises were the turn and bounce and ? ) I would appreciate corrections in exercise names and order of precedence.
Thanks everyone,
Thursjc
