I am trying to put in an In Place Consecutive Overseas Tour (IPCOT) i believe its simply a 4187 but not sure how to fill it out for this, can someone please help, possibly send me a link if you can of an example possibly thanks!

I googled IPCOT and I think that this link would give you the answers you are looking for...it shows you the purpose, who the approving authority is, references that you will need, and there's an example on how to fill the 4187 up.....Goodluck !!...
