i heard the army doesnt use this anymore...at least thats what we were briefed during our ps/crime prev class today.

The new form is: CSFS Form 4292-E-R as of 3 Apr 2000

If the army is still using it you can get it on AKO under the top link called my forms it will not use formflow it uses something else now.

The Army does not require a Property Record for Soldiers. Some installations use them for their own use.
