My hubby is an E6 and he claims the kids, getting full BAH W/dependants. I am an E4 and get BAH at the single rate. I have to pay child support on 1 child, they just garnished my wages and now are giving me BAH Diff which is $277 less.

I just left the NTC and do not report to Hood for 2 weeks so I don't know who to talk to about this.

My question is, should I still be entitled to BAH with no dependants rather than BAH diff? Where would I look for the regs on this?
