Not being given enough time to ETS

My ETS date is currently Dec 1st of this year. I have started ACAP but my unit is weeks away from deploying to JRTC for a month. By the time I get back I will only have 2 weeks to finish my ACAP appointments that I will have to postpone and to start and finish the ETS clearing process. On top of all this I am currently the primary armorer and have to sign the arms room over as well. I'm wondering if there is any reg or any suggestions on how I can avoid going to JRTC so I have time to clear and make my ACAP appointments.

I'm not sure of any regs, but I would use the open door policy to ask some questions.

FYI, you should have been ACAP'ing a year out and not the last month before you ETS.

You're number one question should be WHY THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO JRTC WHEN YOU'RE ETSING 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU GET BACK????????

You're Chain of Command and NCO Support Channel is failing you if you do not have enough time to make your ACAP appointments. You need to bring this up to your first line supervisor immediately and point out that will not have enough time to comfortably complete everything if they make you go to JRTC.

Does the rest of your chain know you are to ETS? You should make sure they do. People that weren't going to deploy with us didn't have to go to NTC, that makes no fucking sense.

Everyone up to my Top and BC know and refuse to help me they just say I have to go. I think it's a numbers game.

I would absolutely talk with the IG about that. There numbers are not more important than your contract.
