i was wondering what the requirements for getting a UN medal were if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated



i ask because some members of my unit were recently tasked to work for the United Nations General Assembly which takes place in NYC

Do you mean the NATO or United Nations? Ive never heard of a UN medal. If you mean NATO, I have two of those and they are pretty worthless
