I've been interested in becoming a Ranger/Special Forces member for quite some time, and have been looking for a excercise routine that I can follow to help prepare me for the rigors of the program. Specifically, an excercise plan that will tell me what excercises I need to perform and how many reps. I can't afford a gym, and don't have access to weights, so if any alternatives are available, they would be appreciated. I need a plan that starts out slow and gradually works it in, as while I don't consider myself in bad shape, I'm certainly not ranger fit either.
