Effective 28 January, the Installation Support Modules (ISM) Central Issue Facility (CIF) web-based application was provided, which gives Soldiers the ability to view and print a read-only copy of their Clothing Record (Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment - OCIE).

Is there a list explaining the CIC column outside of the 'Help' showing:
"Catalog Item Code (CIC)
The item's catalog item code"

I've got a few codes such as:
D
3
G
U
A
but the vast majority of items have no CIC. Really I am just curious about its implications.
