As part of grand restructuring, my organization is now it's own command. We now find ourselves without a publications account.

We don't really need one all that much, but we ought to have one just in case.

So, does anyone have any experience with this? Particularly helpful would be any advice specific to the Army Reserve (i.e. what the hell do I put in block 5 of the 12-R?)
