I have been in long enough to know the terminology. I dont need your condescending statements. I dont need some sorry troop who just sits at their computer and feels the need to criticize my post when its a simple generalization when I say "Basic Training".
I didnt think that some of you were so bored with your lives that you needed my whole post to meet your standards, which are irrelevant in this forum.

Your lucky this is the internet because if you were in my unit this would have been handled differently with a much better outcome.

Actually this was my thread and your being disrespectful Just because thats how things are at your post doesnt mean thats the standard everywhere else. I was in basic this time last year and we werent allowed shit, my buddy just got done about two weeks ago at leonard wood and it was the same for him.

No where in any Army Regulation does it state that you are a Soldier 24/7 except when hiding behind the internet. I suggest some of you (they/he/she know who they are) remember that. You're mighty big men/women when you can disrespect each other while hiding your name and rank. Junior enlisted should not cuss at or call NCO's names, and vice versa. Anyone who chooses to be disrespectful while hiding their name and rank I consider to be a coward.

1- At no point did I say what training was involved in basic training,
2- I never said it was army wide that PVTs get these privleges! Read my post! It clearly states that this is things I have seen and been told by drills themselves about were I am at!

Just my personal discussion...and I will give my name, rank, duty station, directions to my house!!

I cant stand people on here who sharp shoot other peoples posts because they cant keep their mouths shut! If they would not think they are the post interpetors for everyone reading they would save themselves from looking like a$$e$!

Who's defensive? Go all the way back to my first post in this thread, was there any hostility in it? Was I sharp shooting someone elses post? Was it a post to offend anyone? Not even close.

I can't stand people on here who think they can go through and try to interpet someones post and break it down to try and make it seem as if they are super troopers! Thats why I feel the need to speak up. Because I know the people who do that would be in for a rude awakening if they tried that stuff face to face!

Maybe there are hopes of you being a moderator one day then. But remember this is a public forum, people are free to give out opinions. Not all posts have to get directly to the problem. I've always appreciated everyone that came and put their 2 cents in, even if it sucked.
