Can you be charged with a statement of charges for TA-50 that wasn't lost but was taken home while on R&R?

You are responsible for it and can't produce so I don't see why you can't be. What did you leave back at home? Can your family mail it to you?

I guess technically they could. I took gear that I didn't need or even use and an excess of uniforms. Especially since we arn't taking any containers back and last time I was limited to one ruck sack one duffel bag.

So I am just going to clear CIF when I get back then what does this all mean? That it will be taken off my record?

Yes. But you do not have to sign it. How ever they can still process it. By that time hopefully you could have it by then.
