In what AR does it state that a SM can't pick up military issued supplies from the SSA in a POV.

For example I went 45 minutes away to my SSA here in Germany to pick up my recon and I see that I had a small bag of orings so I decided to pick them up. My Motor Sgt is telling me that is considerd theft. I see where he's coming from. But we are just trying to find the regulation for it.

And also is there a requirement that you have to use a heavy military vehicle and not a TMP to pick up Supplies from an SSA or any other support activity?

I am aware that you shouldn't have weapons in your pov.

I am pretty sure Its not in a regulation. I know at my old unit it was in the post regulation. I just have never none anyone to enforce it for anything other than sensitive items.
