My husband has been in the military for over 7 years and has been in the Army for 3 years as of the 26th of this month. My question is, will he receive the basic or standard amount? Everything we have read says he will get the standard. Any help would be appreciated.

Based on what info you have provided, I don't see why it wouldn't be the standard amount, unless there is more to the story.

And if it's this month that he hits his 3 years, just wait a bit and look at his LES.
