I was interested in Old guard, or Honor guard and was wondering if it's a requirement to be male.

Hopefully this threa is still active, had a question. In Dec I will be 24 Months from my ETS and my Reenlistment NCO(SSG) told me to look into this applying for a Old Guard Packet, I am currently a 31B and I serve in the 529th MP CO "Honor Guard" In Germany..Read the requirements was just curious to see if you could provide some more info. Wasnt sure if there was a school you would have to go to, or what, figured I had some already knowledgeable experience since I serve in the Honor Guard we do salute batterys, COC ceramonies, etc..
