What are you all using to write NCOERs? Are there online forms or anything high speed like that? I don't have form flow or pure edge here at work.
I haven't been a rater for the last couple of years...but that over site has been corrected and I need to get hopping on one that got thrown on me at the last minute. Luckily the guys last rater kept good counseling records, so at least I have an accurate picture of his last year.

I use a great step by step NCOER guideline. It's a PP and it breaks it down by the 5 parts and all the codes you need. PM your email and I'll send it over to you.
