I was promoted to E-5 in November 2007. My Officer Accessions NCO is submitting my packet to the direct commission board shortly. She had me sign a waiver regarding my not having any NCOER's because of my date of rank.

However, after signing it I checked out resources here on ArmyStudyGuide.com. It looks as though I was supposed to get an initial NCOER within 3 months of making E-5. Do you think that this might screw things up or will they primarily be looking for annual NCOERs?

You do not get an NCOER after only 3 months ... you can though if you PCS, change raters, etc.
