I'm in the USAR. I was recently selected for Warrant Officer Candidate and I'm writing my final NCOER.

Using the PureEdge form, I'm not sure what "Reason for Submission" to choose. I looked in AR 623-3, but found no help.

The most likely choice seems to be "Change or Rater" even though I'm now in an unrated position.

Any suggestions? If it matters, the rated period is 5 months (20080223 - 20080715).
