Original Post
there is no crime expressing your opinion when in a public environment, and not in uniform.

now if you were in the casino playing while in uniform.. well, you will learn pretty quick that was wrong... but I am assuming you are not that stupid.

im going to assume you cleaned up what you actually said about the SGM in your post.. but even then, the SGM shouldn't be surprised that someone thinkgs he is a jerk, dick, asshat ect... most SGM are all of those, and then some!

and to have an NCOIC waste the SGM time, as well as your PSG time, im sure he will get an earful.

I wouldn't put too much thought into this.. and worst case if they try to give some type of punishment, simply go to JAG.
this is of course assuming that you were not breaking any UCMJ.. as in being in uniform in a casino

No I really did use the big J work. Jerk -_- moral of the story they wanted to take rank, but my NCO went up to bat for me and said he would come up with and appropriate punishment. Part of it 1000 word essay on what I did, and UCMJ pertaining to it.

Article 117 is scary as shit. Reproachful words? if that's a thing then shit my battery of 57 should be getting at least 55 UCMJ's article 117s a day.
