I was reading past AAR comments for SFC slection board and I'm a bit confused. according to 2013 SFC board AAR they made a comment "the lack of a numerical APFT score gave the impression that the SSG had a low APFT score"
according to Army Regulation 623–205
"It is optional to enter the APFT score for success ratings". Due to the fact i'm on Perm profile I will never get anything higher then success regardless of the fact I always get 100pts on p/u and s/u and pass the 2.5 mile walk.
My NCOER's do not have a score on them will this hurt me when I become eligible to be looked at for SFC? or should I start having my NCO's put a score of 200 on my NCOER. To me the score of 200 would look bad, if the board doesn't know i'm on Perm. profile.
