Automatic list integration?

A little about my situation-I'm a e4 with 9 years in( prior service and no article 15s). I was all set to start my terminal leave in 5 weeks and signed a contract with the national guard in order to get the rcp/severence money but the other day I noticed my ako lists me as an e5. I checked the promotion lists for the month of February and I am on it. It's also on my erb. Not we're about halfway thru the month and my unit wasn't even aware of any of this. I understand the works behind it being my mos was a star mos for the month and I had seniority which is why I got picked up. Tuesday I do plan on talking to the retention NCO to get some facts but in the meantime I'd like to get some info. Does this good my guard contract since I enlisted for a skill level one slot? Will I now have the option to reenlist on active duty?

Update: a few weeks back I talked to my 1sgt and he said the whole thing was a clerical error since apparently s1 was supposed to remove me from the Cli list. I was then told they were working to reverse the whole thing. Now 3 weeks later I'm a week out from terminal leave and I just talked to my s1-the NCO said its already gone through and is reflected on my les and erb. The NCO said my company is saying its erroneous and asked me if I was counseled on being removed from the list to which I wasn't. They said it had already gone through and is valid and that they sent the promotion orders to my 1sgt awhile back but he doesn't support this so I'm not surprised that I never got them. S1 then sent me to brigade retention to see what my options for reenlistment are.
After talking to retention I went to talk with my 1sgt about what I had been told and he told me that he doesn't believe what the particular s1 NCO told me and that he is working with another s1 NCO(who happens to be downrange) on reversing the promotion. He said its erroneous because they submitted a counseling to s1 saying I should be taken off the Cli list. He then said worst case scenario they would hold a reduction board. Any input would be appreciated at this point.
I understand that and I do know I'm right and if I wanted to fight this I could win as I've never had any negative counselings or anything to hold against me. It's just hard when your 1sgt and all your NCOs aren't there to back you up on something. At this point I'm hoping they can reverse it all so I can just get out.

Well, you are not thinking as an NCO. You need to use all your resources. Move up the chain to your CSM. Contact your IG because nobody knows the answer. Contact your EO rep because you feel you are not getting a fair shake. It is that simple. Its your career to take by the horns; nobody else.
