Does a denied waiver in the Regular Army mean no NG?

I was told by the Marines after the station commander looked over my files that I was 3P'd from MEPS. At first he said that being dq'd eliminates ANY branch, and furthermore a 3P was unwaiverable. He then he called up someone to find out my exact status, and I was told that I was pending a consult, but couldn't take it with them because being a GEDer I required around 9-10 more college credits.

So the NG recruiter I was working with starts yelling at me when I bring the paper I was given back that the Marines lied to me and had my entire MEPS record with them and that the paper they gave me that MEPS faxed with my physical/asvab results only told him my waiver was denied. But this Marine guy got on the phone with someone while I was with him and had him do a check on my military status for me. The NG recruiter wouldn't even do that, so I'm stuck in the dark now while he requests my MEPS files again.

The file should of stood at meps there is no reson why that should of left the meps station at all. if you needed a counsult they would of gave you a sheet of paper to have a va doc fill out to see if your a go or no go. p3 in the NG only means that you have limits but it may be possible that those limits could effect your traning at BCT and could prevent you from enlisting. i'm NG and i see alot of wrong doing by recruiters in all branchs of the service and i'm sorry you had to experience that. but remember if you don't like how the recruiter is handling your enlistment process find another in the same branch or if you want to go to a diffrent one then go ahead, remember you choose your recruiter they aint choose you... don't let it discourage you from joining.
