While I was out recruiting I didn't really think of it until it was time to get looked at for E-7. I had my s-1 change my ERB to match my NCOER's You don't have to convert for you duty MOS to change, You only have to convert for your Primary MOS to change. Get your ERB to match what your NCOER says, that's the right thing for them to do. My S-1 while I was out in recruiting were civilians that were former soldiers that never made it passed E-6 I don't know if it is like that where you are at but know one cares more about your career than you, And if someone tells you that your Duty MOS can be 11 and you are a 91 working in a 79 and that is correct I would ask them to explain because it makes ZERO SENSE!!!!!
