I am a pior service 11 bravo got out and became a LPN

I know for sure you would have to go through 68W - combat medic school. Since you have been out of the service for such an extended time, you might have to go through Basic Training again. Not sure if you could test out on the LPN portion for the army, you would have to talk to the Training NCO at a medical unit or a recruiter who has knowledge of this.
There are no medical officers as LPN that I have seen and the only nurses that I have seen or heard of as officers are RNs. Bad info? Which part? After 11 years of break in service, would he not have to go through basic training again? If he wants to become an Army LPN, would he not have to go through 68W Army Health Specialist training and possibly go through the M6 identifier course to attain LPN position for the Army? Enlighten me.

last I heard, prior service are only being offered 11- or 18- series. So the coming back in as ANY 68series wouldn't work out. Transam is a recruiter and might know better than I!

Is there any way for an LPN to come in as an officer and finish school to be an RN??
