If you graduate (25B) dont you get an award showing it?

I dont get the diploma until I sign out of the company and PCS?

does anyone know what regulation says anything about WHEN/HOW you get your diploma?

Because 3 people (that I know of) recently have gotten theirs lost because of operations didnt give it to them.
One of them I was lucky he PCS'ed across into 73rd a couple weeks ago, and he was able to come and complain. I dont know if he has gotten it yet though.

You should get orders awarding you the MOS, a diploma showing you completed training, and another certificate awarding you Signal Corp branch affiliation. When I graduated AIT from Gordon we got all of that on graduation day when we walked the stage. Might have changed since 2003 though.

That sounds perfectly normal. That's how they did it when I got mine in Feb2001. Why give it to you so it can get lost/stolen in the barracks?

I don't believe there is any rule or regulation about this. MAYBE unit SOP, but I haven't seen anything.

Make sure all your battle buddies know that the diploma and orders for your MOS are important, they need to make copies and keep them in a safe place.
