Out of that whole post the only thing that I could understand was "Your done bro". Other than that it was hard to understand. And besides your drug charge I can see why "we" didn't want you. And lets get one thing straight, "we" don't need anyone, if anything it's people who need us. The Army is not just a last resort, a place to go when all your other plans fall apart. And I really hate to tell you but the Korean War started back in 1950 and technically has never ended.
To answer the OP's question, right now there is no waivers for drug charges. In the future who knows. Things change all the time. Another thing, you said fiance not wife, so until you are married you are considered a single parent and the Army is also not allowing single parents as of right now. But as soon as you get married you will be good in that department.
