If you looked back at previous posts, this question has been answered several times. When I came into the Army last year after serving 12 in the Corps, every ribbon and medal was added to my record. What you need to do is gather your DD-214, all award citations and deployment orders, PersTempo report off of MOL, etc. Dont bother with CertComs, Merit Masts, etc. If you wear it on your chest then it'll be added. I had all fifteen of mine added.
Your PersTempo Report off of MOL will indicate if your deployments were Combat or not and DD-214 will prove how long they were. It is significant because of Class A Combat stripes and your dwell time. Have fun though building your ribbon rack, its is expensive because you gotta order majority of them from online. If you have other questions PM. I just finally got my ERB fixed after a year.
