Reserve Drill Sergeant Questions?????

i am an e-5 with 8 yrs TIS in the NG and i am very interested in attempting to enlist in the reserve and go to DSS. i live in huntington, wv and could use help findiong a DS unit and info from anyone else who has made this transition. i am an 11B and 12B. i've got 2 deployments- one of which i was a infantry patrol convoy commander. i held e-6 for a portion of my last deployment but was forced to take an administrative reduction in rank due to slots in the state. any help or info on my situation would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Go to an active/reserve recruiter and have him or her fill out a dd368 and send that up the chain thru ur guard unit, and needs an o-6 or above to sign it. This is to get conditionally released for 90 days i think.. Also you will need: 4187 requesting to transfer to usar signed by co cdr; counseling statement (maybe) from retention; a personal statement about your goals.. Also for tpu transfer you need 705, erb, and dd4 with every page stamped certified true copy from s1 or whoever... Once ur released (usually a 3-6 month turnaround) go back to the recruiter and get set up with a drill sgt unit in the area. You will need to interview with the unit most likely and obtain a letter of acceptance with para posn line, uic, etc and will train "no" and a 50 mile statement if you are commuting a long distance. Message me if you have anymore questions, i have been feeding the 108th a ton of candidates since i been recruiting.. Good luck
