The Run

I already know I can pass the PT test as far as sit-ups and push-ups, in fact I can ace it. But my run time is a little high... I'm not sure when I go to BCT considering my MEPS is next week, but it can be any time after July 8. What should I do with such short time to build up my run time?

You only have to pass your final PT test in basic, so don't stress over it now. Basic will get you in good enough shape to pass that PT test, and AIT will get you to the 60% pass. But, to help prepare yourself, do 60/120's. Sprint for 60 seconds, walk for 120. Repeat this 5-6 times. Do this 3-4 times a week.
