Ok my fat % is 36 I did a tape test and because I have big hips my fat is too high any suggestions? I found online that I could take an ARMs test with that 36% bt I'm not real sure I'm 5'5 1/2.

I am not the lean machine I used to be but I have always met and exceeded the standards by doing moderate exercise and only drinking water or Diet only soda.
There are 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. There are approx 150 calories in 1 can of soda.
Now if Nikki2790 woofs down 3 BIG gigantosauras glasses of juice, cool aid, or regular cola (wait you are from TX so Sweet tea TOO!!!!!!!) a day (which usually has 3 servings) then you do the math. No I am waiting DO the MATH! An easy 450 calories a day.
Now extrapolate that by a week.
Now extrapolate that by a month!!!
You are fat because you drink juice, full strength (non-diet) cola, or super sweet tea!!
I hate to rant but I recruited for almost 4 years and every single potential Soldier with a weight issue always had the same problem. Change this easy simple facet of your life and reap the benefits.
